This stunning quilt is made with a combination of machine embroidery applique and traditional pieced blocks. If you love machine embroidery, you will want to make this quilt! This is a 9 part block of the month program. Each month a combination of embroidered and pieced blocks will be introduced in class. At each of the hands-on classes you will be given different embroidery designs and pieced block instructions for that particular month.

This workshop is your chance to use your new Medium Clamp Hoop. Upon sign up of class you will be given directions to make a small quilt top. You will come to class with the completed quilt top, layered and ready to be quilted. In the class you will use your Medium Clamp Hoop and embroidery unit to quilt the layers together. The square shape perfectly accommodates square designs common for quilting.

This apron is a great project for the beginning (or rusty) sewer. You will learn how to cut out a pattern, sew facings, sew pockets and straps and finish edges with a rolled hem. This cross-back apron is easy to make and really comfortable to wear. Class fee includes the pattern. You will need to know how to thread and operate your machine in this class.

You are invited to spend the day with Gail and like-minded sewing enthusiasts and learn, hands-on, how to use a serger to its full potential. Be prepared to make a table runner, fully constructed on a serger, that will wow your guests and add some delight to your décor!
